March 3rd - Update

The QQQQ is at the 26.90 resistance level , breaking this level and we can see much higher levels, maybe 27.6 , but when the 200MA is still declaining the trend is still lower. I am still long QLD 3000 shares.
What is encouraging is the higher low.
